AI Automations
Our AI automations take one repetitive process off your team's plate, such as sorting inbound leads, pulling data out of documents or building a weekly report, and run it end to end. Your team gets those hours back every week, and the automation is tested on your real data and documented so it keeps running.
Who it's for
Most teams lose hours every week to work that follows the same steps each time: read an email, find the customer, update a record, send a reply. Those hours are paid for, and the mistakes cost more. One well-built automation takes the task over, with checks, logging and a person in the loop where it matters.
- Businesses where someone spends hours a week copying data between email, spreadsheets and a CRM.
- Teams that receive the same kinds of documents, such as orders, invoices or applications, and retype them by hand.
- Founders who want to know whether AI can take over a task before paying for a new hire.
What you get
- A short process map: what happens today, what the automation will do, and where a person still decides.
- The working automation, connected to the tools you already use: email, forms, spreadsheets, CRM or accounting.
- Tests on real examples from your business, including the awkward edge cases.
- Error alerts and a simple run log, so you can see what ran and what failed.
- Handover documentation and a recorded walkthrough for your team.
- A check after go-live that the automation runs as intended on real work.
What does a typical automation look like?
Three examples of processes we automate, and what each one gives back:
- Lead intake. New enquiries from your website, email and marketplaces land in one place, get enriched and scored, and the right person receives a summary with a drafted reply.
- Document processing. Invoices, orders or applications arrive as PDFs. The automation extracts the fields, checks them against your records and files them, and flags anything unusual for review.
- Weekly reporting. Numbers from your shop, ads, CRM and accounting are pulled together every Monday into a short report that highlights what changed and what needs attention.
If your process is larger, we automate it in stages, starting with the step that saves the most time. Care & Growth is optional: choose it if you want us to monitor the automation, improve it and add new ones each month. For more ideas, read 5 AI automations every small business should run.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a project like this cost?
It depends on scope, so we do not publish fixed prices. After a short scoping call you get a written proposal: a fixed price for well-defined work, a phased quote when parts are still unclear, or time and materials for ongoing work. The start date is agreed in the proposal.
Which processes are good candidates for automation?
Processes that happen often, follow the same steps and start from something digital: an email, a form, a file or a row in a spreadsheet. Lead intake, invoice and order processing, support triage, weekly reporting and CRM updates are typical. If a step needs judgement, we keep a person in the loop for it.
Do we need to change the tools we use?
Usually not. We connect to the email, forms, spreadsheets, CRM and accounting tools you already have. If a tool offers no way to connect, we tell you during scoping, before any build starts.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
Every automation has checks. Low-confidence results go to a person for review instead of being sent or saved automatically, and failures trigger an alert. During scoping you decide which steps must always be approved by a person.
Who owns the automation?
You do. It runs in accounts you own, and you get the documentation and access needed to change it or hand it to another developer.
What happens after go-live?
The automation keeps running on its own. If you want us to monitor it, improve it or add new automations, the Care & Growth plan covers that month by month.
