MVP Development
Our MVP development turns a validated idea into a product real customers can sign up for and pay for, sooner and without wasted scope. We build the smallest version worth launching, with sign-up, payments, deployment and analytics in place, and hand over code you own that the next developer can build on.
Who it's for
Most MVPs go wrong in one of two ways: they take six months because the scope keeps growing, or they launch fast on a prototype that cannot handle real payments, real data or a second developer. We keep the scope small enough to ship and the engineering solid enough to build on.
- Founders with a validated idea, through interviews, a waitlist or pre-sales, who need a real product rather than a prototype.
- Businesses turning an internal tool or a service into a product they can sell.
- Non-technical founders who want a technical partner for the first version without hiring a full team.
What you get
- A one-page scope: the core user journey, what is in version one and what is deliberately left out.
- Clickable screens for the main flows before the build starts.
- The product: accounts and sign-in, the core features, payments or subscriptions, transactional email and an admin view.
- Production deployment on infrastructure you own, with backups and error monitoring.
- Privacy-friendly analytics on the steps that matter for your launch.
- The source code, documentation and a handover session.
What is included in version one?
Every MVP we build has the parts a real product needs on launch day:
- sign-up, sign-in and password reset
- the core feature your customers pay for
- payments or subscriptions with receipts
- transactional email for welcome messages, receipts and notifications
- an admin view to manage users and data
- analytics, error monitoring and backups
What is usually not in version one: native mobile apps, complex permission systems, integrations nobody has asked for yet, and a marketing site with dozens of pages. Those come later, when customers show they need them. Wondering about budget? Read what drives the cost of an MVP.
How it works
01
Brief
You describe the idea, the customers and what you have validated so far.
02
Scope
Together we agree the smallest version worth launching, written up as a one-page scope, so nothing gets built that customers have not asked for.
03
Build
Weekly releases you can click through, with a short note on what changed and what comes next.
04
Launch
Production deployment, a launch checklist and a handover of code, accounts and documentation.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a project like this cost?
It depends on scope, so we do not publish fixed prices. After a short scoping call you get a written proposal: a fixed price for well-defined work, a phased quote when parts are still unclear, or time and materials for ongoing work. The start date is agreed in the proposal.
What counts as an MVP?
The smallest version of your product that a real customer would use and pay for. It does one core job well and includes sign-up, payments and the basics of running a business around it. Everything else waits until customers ask for it.
Why use AI in the build?
AI-assisted development lets us write, test and refactor faster, so you reach customers sooner and spend less on the build. Every change is still reviewed by an engineer, covered by tests where it matters and written so another developer can work on it.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code lives in your repository and the product runs in accounts you own from day one.
What happens after launch?
You can continue with us on a phased quote for the next features, keep us on the Care & Growth plan for maintenance and improvements, or hand the code to your own team.
