How much does a project like this cost?
It depends on scope, so we do not publish fixed prices. After a short scoping call you get a written proposal: a fixed price for well-defined work, a phased quote when parts are still unclear, or time and materials for ongoing work. The start date is agreed in the proposal.
Do you also build what you recommend?
We can, but you are not obliged to. If we recommend a build, we quote it separately, and you are free to take the recommendation to another team.
Is this only about AI?
No. AI is often the starting point, but the work covers any technical decision: platforms, architecture, hiring, vendors, security and budgets.
How quickly can you start?
We agree the start date in the quote. A first session is often enough to agree what to look at and in which order.
Can you join calls with our agency or vendors?
Yes. We can join technical calls, review proposals and ask the questions that are easy to miss without a technical background.
How is advisory work set up?
As a single session, a fixed block of time or a monthly allowance, agreed in the quote so you can plan the budget.
